2018 North City Turkey Tournament Managers/Coaches/Team Representatives,
As the days approach, we are getting ready for a fun and exciting tournament over the Thansksgiving weekend. Please note - Team registration must be completed online and tournament fees must be paid by 11/12/2018 to guarantee a spot for your team. As the tournament date nears, please be mindful of the date (11/20/2018) to have completed rosters entered on-line (Name, Number). This on-line entry is required for 8U-14U. The on-line roster entry is not required for 7U/8U-Machine Pitch. Paper roster submission is required for all divisions (7U-14U) at check-in.

Roster: You can add your roster on-line now or choose to add/edit at a later date. Enter as many or as few players as you like now and edit later (9min-13max). After entering players - more blank fields will be added as needed to enter more players. To add or edit your roster at a later date - just log into the website www.northcitybaseball.org with your login and under My Account>Registration History, click on 2018 Thanksgiving Tournament. This will link you to your roster for editing. Complete rosters must be entered on-line by 11/20/2018.
Tournament Check in:
All team managers must check their team in at the registration table 1 hour (or more) prior to thier first pool game only.
Items required at Checkin:
1. Team Affidavit (download/print here) - Filled out completely including parent signatrures - Tournament to keep on file.
2. Copies of all players birth certificates - For inspection/check in only - Tournament does not keep them.
3. Proof of team insurance - For inspection/check in only - Tournament does not keep.
