TEAM REGISTRATION:
Team registration must be completed online and tournament fees must be paid on or before November 21st, 2025 to guarantee your teams spot in the tournament.
ROSTERS:
Completed rosters are due and required to be finalized (Name, Jersey Number) on or before November 28, 2025.
TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN:
All team managers must check in teams at the registration table no less than 1 hour prior to their first pool game.
ITEMS REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN:
1. Team Roster (BOTH Online AND Paper) - Filled out completely including parent signatures - Tournament Director to keep documents on file.
2. Copies of all players birth certificates - Tournament does not keep documents on file.
3. Proof of Team Insurance - Tournament does not keep documents on file.
